Job Description:

The Conference Associate will be responsible for the successful planning and implementation of a 1,000 attendee, three day biennial early childhood education conference. This position will also be responsible for the coordination of hotel, travel, and onsite meeting logistics for several smaller grantee meetings and federal grant reviews throughout the year. Minimum of 3 years of conference/event experience required; knowledge of federal travel regulations helpful.
